History of the Race

Now in its 38th year the Stort10 and 5 Mile takes place each May at Cammas Hall Farm, on the outskirts of Hatfield Broad Oak, which has been the home to the previous two runnings of the event, but before that the race has a long established history.

From here, the race moved to be held at Bishop’s Stortford Rugby Club, taking in a mix of trail and country road around the villages of Farnham.

In 2016 the event moved to a new home at Hatfield Forest, and for the first time introduced a 5 mile option, taking in the various rides of the forest, the event was held here for 3 years, with the final event taking place in July 2018.
